1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "Player", "User") and kis88 ("the Company", "the Operator"). By completing the account registration process on kis88, or by otherwise accessing or using any feature of the kis88 platform, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full;
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement;

3. Account Registration

Each individual may register only one (1) account on the kis88 platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether registered under the same name, address, device, IP address, payment method, or any combination thereof — may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any pending balances.

When registering your kis88 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Malaysian mobile number;

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the kis88 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise specified. Supported deposit and withdrawal channels include, but are not limited to, Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB Bank, and Public Bank.

• Minimum deposit: RM 20 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a promotional offer;
• Deposits via Touch n Go eWallet and Boost are credited to your kis88 wallet instantly upon confirmation;
• Withdrawal requests are processed within thirty (30) minutes for fully verified accounts during standard processing hours;
• The Company reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests where there is reason to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms;
• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used for deposits on the account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted;

Kiss88 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider or financial institution may apply their own charges. Any such charges are the sole responsibility of the Member.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, the Company may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, and other promotional incentives to Members of the kis88 platform. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn;
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps are specified in each promotion's individual terms;
• The Company reserves the right to cancel, alter, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice;

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any content on the kis88 platform without the prior written consent of the Company.

9. Limitation of Liability
